components of the alloy: Efects
Manganese:
It appears in almost all the steels alloyed, used as antioxidant,
neutralizer of sulfur and oxigen, and stabilizer of austenitic.
It doesn´t allow the apparance of porosity.
Chromium:
It improves the resistance to the corrosion, increase the
hardness and the resistance to the erosion and traction.
Níckel:
The basic element austenitic, improve the elasticity and
the lenght.
Copper:
Increase the deformity in cold, discrease the speed of hardness,
increase the resistance to the corrosion and improve the
polish.
Nitrogen:
Increase the mechanical properties, the resistance to the
corrosion for pitting and is an excellent producer of austenitic.
